Dominic (Dee) Sokolosky has served as Chairman & CEO of First Bank of Owasso since 1997 after 14 years practicing business and bank law. He has served on First Bank of Owasso’s Board of Directors since 1988. He holds a Business Administration degree, with minors in Economics and Finance, and was the outstanding graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Dee has served as a church elder, trustee, treasurer, and Sunday School teacher, and speaks at churches across the United States about financial stewardship. He enjoys traveling with his wife and family, and watching OSU sports.
Sr. Vice President / Chief Lending Officer
Dennis joined First Bank of Owasso in 1994 and has been Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer since 2002. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 with a Business Administration (Finance) degree, and he earned his MBA from OSU in 2000. Dennis completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU in 2003, and he maintains continuing training and education, all of which help him serve clients both in churches and ministry and in small businesses with expertise and innovation. Dennis has served on the bank's Board of Directors for over 10 years.
His greatest joys in life are his wife Liz and their three boys. Dennis and Liz are active at Rejoice Church in Owasso, and when not cheering on their sons' youth sports and school activities, they enjoy the outdoors, golf, travel, working in the yard, and of course, OSU football and basketball.
Brant was born and raised in the Tulsa-Owasso area, and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. He was hired by the bank in 1995 as a lending officer, and currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Lending, specializing in construction and real estate lending. He serves as Chairman on the Rogers County RWD #3 Board of Directors, and he has also served on the Owasso FFA Board. He stays busy with his local real-estate investments, as well as by working on his family's ranch. Brant and his wife of 17 years have three children, and he is an avid hunter and part-time fisherman.
Matt was hired in 2001, and his primary responsibilities are with commercial lending, including financing under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) programs. The SBA programs utilized include the 7(a), 504, Express, and Patriot Express programs, and includes all phases of the process from packaging and submission of the application to SBA to the closing of the loan. Matt enjoys traveling, OSU sports, and working outdoors.
Scott joined First Bank of Owasso in 2003 after earning a degree in Finance from Northeastern State University. He worked as a teller and new accounts representative before coming to the loan department. He currently is a commercial loan officer specializing in church lending and real estate lending. Scott and his wife are actively involved in their church. He enjoys hunting and fishing.
Ellen has nearly 30 years of banking experience and has served FBO in the areas of consumer lending, real estate and mortgage lending and as a branch manager. Ellen is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She and her husband have two sons. Ellen and her family enjoy playing golf, hiking and traveling to the mountains.
Mary has 20 years of Mortgage Lending experience under her belt with more than 25 years in banking! Mary brings the kind of knowledge and experience clients are looking for when they are considering the purchase or refinance of a home. Mary and her husband have lived in Owasso for 25 years and have one son. Mary enjoys photography, gardening, boating and spending time with her family. She is an active member of Central Baptist Church.
Nick joined the bank in 2013 and serves as a loan officer, working primarily with business owners and churches. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in Finance and Economics, and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Born and raised in Owasso, Nick continues to live here with his wife. He enjoys attending OSU football games, golfing and fishing.
Ralph has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry and serves as a commercial loan officer specializing in church lending, real estate loans, and SBA loans. He earned a degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. Ralph lives in Owasso and is active in the community. He serves as a deacon, Sunday school teacher, and is the finance team chairman at his church. He is President of the Owasso Historical Society, and serves as an Owasso Chamber of Commerce board member and as a member of the Public Relations team at the Baptist Village of Owasso.
Kyle joined FBO in 2020 as a Commercial Lender. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive knowledge in real estate, small business, and lending. Kyle is an Owasso native and earned his degree in Marketing from Northeastern State University. Kyle and his wife, Anne, have four kids and are active members at Destiny Life Church in Owasso, where Kyle plays the drums in the praise band. He enjoys playing basketball and golf and is a huge Kansas Jayhawks fan.
