Internet banking solution available today. As technology advances, please
know that security will always be our number one priority.
FIRST BANK OF OWASSO’S PRIVACY POLICY
First Bank of Owasso is ever mindful of the importance our customers
place on privacy, confidentiality and security of their personal information.
Whether we interact with you over the Internet, by telephone, at one
of our ATM’s or good old fashioned person-to-person interaction,
we place a high value on confidentiality and security of personal financial
information. We have developed this policy to convey to you the steps
we take to protect your sensitive information.
Collection and Use of Information.
When you initially enter our Website, the domain from which you accessed
the Internet is collected and stored. For example, if you use America
Online to access the Internet, we will know that you are coming from
the aol.com domain. Records will also reflect the Internet address from
which you linked directly to our Website. If you linked to our Website
from Yahoo (www.yahoo.com),
this information will be recorded. However, your identity remains completely
anonymous to us. We will not obtain personally identifiable information
about you when you visit our Website, unless you voluntarily choose to
give us the information.
Email.
If you contact us by electronic mail, your email address and any other
information on your email header will be attached to your email. This
information will obviously be used to reply to your message, but we do
not sell or supply any of that information to any other person or company.
Applications.
Some sections of our Website may ask that you supply us with your street
address, telephone number and date of birth. We generally use this information
to send you correspondence on financial products or services you requested
or that may be of interest to you. We do not disclose any personally
identifiable information about you to outside parties unless: (a) you
request or otherwise authorize us to provide the information, (b) the
information is used to complete a transaction initiated by you, (c) the
information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar reporting
agency, or (d) the disclosure is lawfully permitted or required.
Online Registration.
In our online registration form, we request you to provide us with your
full name, street address, date of birth, and email address. We will
process this information to determine your eligibility for certain services,
provide services to you and enable you to take advantage of other benefits
we might provide. While using your account, we track certain information
such as the URL of the page you are visiting, the browser you are using,
and your IP address. We may create a profile of your interests and activities
so we can send you email advertisements, offers and promotions that are
most likely to interest you.
