Dominic Sokolosky
President / CEO

Dominic Sokolosky joined the bank full time in 1997 after 14 years practicing business and bank law.  He has served as a Director since 1988.  He holds a Business Administration degree, with minors in Economics and Finance, from Oklahoma State University, and was the outstanding graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

When he isn't bogged down with excessive regulation and compliance matters, he enjoys client interaction, particularly working with churches.  Dee has served as a church elder, trustee, treasurer, and Sunday School teacher.  He enjoys traveling with his wife and family, and watching OSU sports.

Dennis Phillips
Sr. Vice President / Chief Lending Officer

Dennis was hired by the bank in 1994, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer since 2002. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 with a Business Administration (Finance) degree, and he earned his MBA in 2000 from OSU. Dennis completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU in 2003, and he maintains continuing training and education, all of which help him serve with excellence clients in churches and ministry, and in a wide variety of small businesses.

His greatest joy in life is his wife Liz and their three boys, Joshua, Caleb, and Levi. Dennis and Liz are active at Believers Church in Tulsa, and in their spare time, they enjoy the outdoors, golf, travel, working in the yard, and of course, OSU football and basketball.

Paul Bauman
Vice President

Paul started his career with the bank in 2009 with a focus on commercial real estate, small business and church lending. He has over 16 years of banking experience in lending, operations, and customer service. He is a graduate of Baylor University, and his hobbies include tennis and running.

Brant Snap
Vice President

Brant was born and raised in the Tulsa-Owasso area, and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. He was hired by the bank in 1995 as a lending officer, and currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Lending, specializing in construction and real estate lending. He serves as Vice-Chair on the Rogers County RWD #3 Board of Directors, and he has also served on the Owasso FFA Board. He stays busy with his local real-estate investments, as well as by working on his family's ranch. Brant and his wife of 17 years have three children, and he is an avid hunter and part-time fisherman.

Scott Anderson
Vice President

Scott joined First Bank of Owasso in 2003 after earning a degree in Finance from Northeastern State University. He worked as a teller and new accounts representative before coming to the loan department. He currently is a commercial loan officer specializing in church lending and real estate lending. Scott and his wife are actively involved in their church. He enjoys hunting and fishing.

Matt Sidwell
Vice President

Matt was hired in 2001, and his primary responsibilities are with commercial lending, including financing under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) programs. The SBA programs utilized include the 7(a), 504, Express, and Patriot Express programs, and includes all phases of the process from packaging and submission of the application to SBA to the closing of the loan. Matt lives in Owasso, and enjoys travelling, OSU sports, and working outdoors.

Mary Evans
Vice President

Mary was hired in 2004, and serves in the area of Mortgage Lending. With over 18 years of banking experience, including over nine years in mortgage lending, Mary brings the kind of knowledge and experience clients are looking for when they are considering the purchase or refinance of a home. Mary and her husband have one child, and she has lived in Owasso for 22 years.

Ellen Kershaw
Vice President

Ellen was hired in 1992, and serves in the area of Consumer Lending. She has over 26 years of banking experience, having worked in consumer lending, real estate and mortgage lending, and has also served as a branch manager. Ellen is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, and along with her husband and two children, enjoys rooting for OSU sports, as all are ardent Cowboy fans.
